A lot of comic fans out were incensed to find out that John Constantine wouldn’t be smoking in the TV adaptation of Hellblazer. It seemed like a minor nitpick to me, given that there were lots of ways to showcase the character’s addictive personality. Still, I imagine viewers sat up straight for “The Darkness Beneath” when Constantine finally sticks a cigarette between his lips… only to get distracted to and put it away again.
On the face of it, yes. After all, the SSU was an inherently risky experiment. Creating a cinematic universe around Spider-Man’s supporting cast of heroes and villains, but without Spidey himself (who’s effectively “on loan” to Marvel Studios), is a bit like building a car without an engine. Even if you figure out a way to get it running, it’s never going to perform as well as it should. Yet Sony’s Spider-Man Universe got enough right to last six years; that’s longer than, say, Universal’s Dark Universe (which didn’t make it past a single movie!

The Mass Effect 2 DLC selection has been pretty soft so far, with only one update, Kasumi’s Stolen Memory, providing any kind of plot-based action. But Hudson said BioWare has big plans for the future, including DLC that will expand the story beyond the conclusion of Mass Effect 2 and eventually lead into Mass Effect 3. “We have a bunch of packs that are in the works right now,” he told VideoGamer.

Missiles roared skyward, the Russians vaporized Kansas City, civilization broke down, soldiers abandoned their posts, farmers locked away their daughters and Steve Guttenberg got radiation poisoning. Basically, the sum of all fears. Every filmmaker, to a greater or lesser degree, wants his or her film to change the world. The artists responsible for The Day After practically demanded this outcome.
Last week, we reported that BioWare’s Mass Effect 3 team had been joking about Kinect functionality in the sci-fi shooter. As it turns out, ME3 will support Kinect after all – just not in the “flap your arms” way most of us were imagining. Microsoft revealed at its E3 2011 press conference that Mass Effect 3 would utilize Kinect’s voice control during combat and dialogue scenes. During conversations, the player can simply speak Shepard’s lines instead of selecting them, though one can only imagine that this would be a bit awkward if your Shepard is the opposite gender.
As if Cersei would run. In case you ever wondered how Jaime, Cersei, and TYRION ended up they way they did, you need look no further than the scene where Jaime is dressed down by his father, TYWIN. The Lannister scion basically tells his golden boy to nut up and stop being a poncy bodyguard for crappy kings. One of the more controversial decisions during Fallout 4‘s development was the removal of Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3‘s trait and skill system, instead streamlining everything into the new “perk” system. Not happy about it? Well guess what, there’s a mod for that! Traits and More Perks, from modder Cirosan, seeks to add some of the more popular traits from New Vegas and other past Fallout titles back into Fallout 4.
Fallout 4 is the latest installment in the venerable role-playing franchise revived by Bethesda in 2003. The fifth title in the main series, it introduces players to a previously unexplored region of the United States in the post-nuclear wasteland, The Commonwealth, located in the area surrounding Boston, Massachusetts. As the game begins, the military conflict known as The Great War is on the verge of ending civilization. The player character is one of the adult members, either the mother or father, of a typical nuclear family in a suburban community, forced to evacuate to the safety of an underground shelter, designated Vault 111.

DF can get a little technical in its videos, but we’ll give you the general gist of things. While the base PS5 game looked quite good running at 30 FPS in its Graphics Mode, its image quality suffered when running at 60 FPS in its Performance Mode.
On Friday, Five Nights at Freddy’s creator Scott Cawthon penned an apology, acknowledging that his newest game, FNaF World, released “too early,” and was missing features “that any good RPG would have,” such as being able to see what abilities do during battle and being able to access a stats page for characters. At the time, Cawthon stated that he would be adding updates “in the coming weeks.” The game was originally scheduled to release on February 19.
