Australian gaming magazine PC PowerPlay has seemingly confirmed the long-rumored multiplayer mode in Mass Effect 3. The upcoming issue of the magazine apparently features a hands-on preview of the new modes and an interview with series producer Casey Hudson. A second installment in a Vault-Tec educational video series promoting Fallout 4 has been released by Bethesda. Covering the Perception ability and its function in the game, the video presents another series of whimsical wasteland scenarios. This follows the video covering Strength released last week. Perception governs a player’s abilities in ranged combat when using the Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System (VATS), improving the accuracy of attacks. The statistic also affects the character’s stealthiness and skill in pickpocketing, with the video suggesting some of the more amusing advanced uses of the skill, such as stealing an enemy’s ammunition to pacify them or adding a live grenade to their inventory.

CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be getting a new product line this fall from Dark Horse Deluxe. According to the announcement, the products will include statues, busts, action figures, prop and jewelry replicas, barware, stationary, and more. At The Game Awards 2024, the studio announced a brand new game in the series, but this time, we’re not getting Geralt as the main protagonist. Instead, his daughter Ciri will be taking the spotlight.
