Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg kicked things off, explaining, “This weekend is all about our fans.” Attendees will get a first chance to see the fan-made (and Activision-funded) sequel to the sequel to Find Makarov, attend panels on a number of topics including Elite and Zombies, play multiplayer sessions of Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops, and even engage in a little paintball in life-size recreations of two popular Call of Duty maps, The Scrapyard and The Pit.
Well, fanboys and girls, we missed the bomb-rigged boat entirely. Anne Hathaway is our Selina Kyle, and Tom Hardy will be flexing his muscles as Bane. I’m going to add my voice to the growing chorus of skeptics, but I’m not worried about either actor delivering a fine performance in their announced role. No, I’m concerned about what the appearance of these villains will do to the film within Nolan’s greater story arc.
Is There Save File and Progress Transfer in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2? The answer is no. You cannot carry over your save files and progress from the first game over to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. While this is a direct sequel that picks up from where the story left off in the first game, you cannot carry over any previous saves with story choices, equipment, and items. You’ll be starting from scratch essentially, and you’re forced to work your way up the reputation ladder again as you get stronger.
Does Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Have Difficulty Options? The answer is no. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 does not have any difficulty settings, which means that you cannot change it in-game, whether you want it to be easier or harder. There is only one default difficulty level in the game, and therefore only one way to experience the game. That being said, this is also the kind of game that gets easier and more manageable the more you play it.
We all have a “thing.” Something we care about deeply and intensely, that nobody else does. We can babble about these things for hours, imparting upon those around us the benefit of our knowledge and wisdom, oblivious to the fact that they could not possibly care less. For some people, it’s giant Japanese robots, or the latest tomfoolery from Apple; for me, it’s The Witcher. So you better believe that I’m pretty excited about the fact that CD Projekt Red has finally taken the wraps off The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings with a sweet new cinematic trailer now up on GameTrailers.
I wasn’t especially impressed with the first two outings of Constantine, although I still couldn’t help but have high hopes for the series. Hellblazer‘s John Constantine is arguably one of the most popular comic book characters of all time that doesn’t wear spandex and a cape. With 300 issues worth of stories to draw inspiration from, one would imagine these opening episodes could do more to engage the audience beyond aping shows like Supernatural.
Critical Role: Bells Hells – What Doesn’t Break was announced last fall, but the final details of its audiobook version have just arrived ahead of the October 8 release. As with past Critical Role tie-in novels, Ray and Bailey will be stepping in to perform their respective Bells Hells player characters Laudna and Imogen. Daymond joins his Critical Role colleagues on the audiobook, continuing his hot streak of narrating Exandria’s expanding audio landscape.
The upcoming line-up welcomes former Rooster Teeth series Tales from the Stinky Dragon for a third campaign and includes new installments of The Re-Slayers Take, Narrative Telephone, and Midst, as well as more Beacon-exclusive Fireside Chats. Those chomping at the bit for Season 3 of The Legend of Vox Machina have additionally been gifted Insight Additions, a behind-the-scenes look at the Prime Video adaptation of Critical Role‘s inaugural campaign. To the dismay of longtime fans, RWBY and Red vs.

Taking to X, Garvin boldly tweeted, “Kinda sad Deek has been reduced to promoting other games.” The remark served as a snide rebuke against his former place of work, Bend Studio, which first posted a celebratory tweet congratulating the launch of Astro Bot and included a painted image of Astro’s Deacon bot sitting on the beach. As one might expect, Garvin’s sentiment hasn’t sat well with most folks, the majority of whom have chimed in to point out that Astro Bot’s use of the Days Gone character is more of an honorable commemoration, actually.
Hooray! We won’t have to make the tough choice on whether we want to see Batman v Superman or Captain America 3 on May 6, 2016, because DC has moved Dawn of Justice to March 25, 2016. (Hm, could the massive success of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy have anything to do with this? Probably!) With this date shift, there are also a host of dates reserved for future, unnamed DC movies.
DC Comics’ heroes are getting into social media. Revealed on Instagram, the variant cover for Batman/Superman #14 is a selfie of the pair. The cover, by artist Paulo Siquiera, shows the Man of Steel and a less-than-enthusiastic Dark Knight taking a selfie. The cover is the first we’ve seen of DC Comics’ variant cover theme for August. DC Comic co-publisher Dan Didio says, “From the people who brought you Scribblenauts, Steam Punk and Bombshell variant covers, August is Selfies cover month in the DC Universe!
When Does the Jungle Getaway Update Come Out? The free Jungle Getaway update for Disney Dreamlight Valley launches on October 9th for all platforms. The exact time hasn’t been confirmed, but new updates typically drop around 9 AM EST on launch day. Players will be able to enjoy the new features and quality-of-life improvements after downloading the new update.
New Characters Added with the Jungle Getaway Update Like any Disney Dreamlight Valley update, this one brings some new characters to recruit to your valley.
Do You Need Dupes in Sword of Convallaria? The short answer is, no, you do not need dupes of Legendary characters in Sword of Convallaria. Similar to War of the Visions — another FF Tactics-inspired and FF-themed tactical RPG gacha game — just pulling one copy of a Legendary character is enough. This is because the game actually lets you farm Memory Shards for your Legendary characters so you can star them up without dupes.
Can You Understand Silent Hill 2 if You’ve Not Played Silent Hill? You can easily understand Silent Hill 2 even if you haven’t played the original Silent Hill. It’s one of the most accessible games in the series, telling an isolated story set in the eponymous town. By contrast, Silent Hill 3‘s story ties heavily into the events of the original game, and you’ll get less from it if you haven’t played the first.
Do You Keep Beta Progress in The First Descendant? If you have logged into The First Descendant for the first time during its full launch, then you likely already know the answer to this question. However, for any players who haven’t been able to experience the final build of The First Descendant, your beta progress does not carry over. Unfortunately, as with most games that feature beta tests, every player has to start at square one at launch.
I just realized that DA2 is coming out a scant two weeks away (March 8th) and I got officially excited. While the first game didn’t exactly bring a tear to my eye, I certainly enjoyed the tactical RPG group dynamic and the story and voice-acting were all top-notch. Everything that I’ve heard from Susan Arendt‘s trip to BioWare last month, aside from making me insanely jealous, has increased my anticipation for the game.
How To Unlock ‘What If’ Missions in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Kids have been doing it since toys became a thing: tossing all of their action figures together to make up their own story. Sparking Zero now gives kids and adults alike the chance to change the story by introducing “Sparking Episodes,” alternate timelines where the events of Dragon Ball play out differently. But the only way to unlock them is to wait until a choice arrives in story mode and make the “wrong” one.
