What is your favorite thing about The Escapist? Nah, it was Zero Punctuation. Me mate Zak showed it to me, I lurked the forums for a bit, saw that it wasn’t like my previous forum experience (Erm … Youtube and 4chan … Yeah … ) and joined up. And I never regretted it! If The Escapist suddenly disappeared, what is the first thing you would do? Plus, I get to ramble on about things I know nothing about without feeling ashamed! A zombie is attacking you and you were caught off-guard. You are startled,start running and notice a bag of marshmallows. What do you do? Or, alternatively, find another forum and concoct some elaborate script that makes all the members of there have the member names of here! Why yes, I am obsessive. What is your favorite movie and why? Well, I’d get the marshmallows, and use the gelatin quickly harvested from them to trap the zombie! I’m pretty sure that’s how it works. What is your favorite type of music, band, and how did you first discover it/them? I just find it to be an almost perfect movie. It’s a great action film, a great sci-fi, and a great body-horror film. It’s all my favorite genre’s rolled up into one! Plus, it’s quote-tastic (Damn you spellchecker, that is a word! I demand it!), it’s superbly well directed by James Cameron, and it’s got some of the most tense scenes ever made. And it’s got Vasquez. Oh, Vasquez. What do you do for a living? Do you find it interesting? I’m getting too into this. Anyway, out of those bands, my favorite is probably Godflesh, but my first, and the most significant, was probably Big Black. Basically, before I discovered good old Big Black, I was basically listening to any old indie stuff off the charts. Razorlight, Arctic Monkeys, that sort of thing. Not because I liked it, but because it was cool and I wanted to be cool and all that kind of crap. However, one day I was shown the song Precious Thing by Big Black, and it just … blew my mind. I was free! If you could change one thing about The Escapist, what would it be? Or in the real world, I’m in education! I’m currently doing my end of school exams, which are going okay, and soon I’ll be a college student! Assuming I pass. What I’m going to do after that, I don’t know. Suggestions? Do you like bacon? Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. If someone gave you a million US Dollars, tax free, and you were required to spend it instead of investing, what would you spend it on? I did taste bacon a few times. Can’t say I liked it much. Then again, I’ve tried most meat types. Urgh. … Is that an angry mob I hear?
