[COMPLETE] There are 8 Recordings and Notes found throughout Chapter 5: Leviticus. The Descent Recording #094: At the bottom of the mine shaft, after getting out of the elevator, immediately turn around and take footage of the crash. Note #095: From the lift, move forward until you encounter a skittering creature that runs to the left. Normally, you wouldn’t follow him — but yeah, follow him left. The path leads to bodies and a note. Recording #096: Further into the mines, after the shadow demon appears in the distance, you’ll enter a passage to the right of the path that crumbles. There’s a grisly display of bodies in roots around a campfire. Recording #097: Deep in the mines, you’ll reach a brightly lit area with corpse skins lining the shaft walls. Lots, and lots of skins. Record the bodies fast – if you move too far forward, naked creatures will appear ahead. Note #098: Complete the mine cart puzzle (you’ll need to use the lever and push the cart out of your path) — follow the carts to another camp fire. At the fork, go straight instead of right to find this note. Recording #099: At the bottom of the stairs, after solving the mine cart puzzle, you’ll come face-to-face with a skeleton in display through another door. You can’t miss it, just remember to record it. Val’s Rebirth Note #100: When you drop into the cavern filled with waist-high water, you’ll need to escape and drop down into more water. Instead of climbing the ladder out, look for a narrow passage opposite the ladder. Crawl inside to get a hidden note. Note #101: On the scaffolding, you’ll need to climb, balance, and crawl until you climb up onto a path that leads to a body with this note. It’s right on your path.
